Cell C is extremely unhelpful
Cell C treats their customers like idiots!!! I app**** for the Galaxy S20 FE phone, and they rejected me! I have been an active customer since 2015 with a clean record with no missed payments, and I am the owner of two retail stores that generate millions a month combined.
What's going on here?

It's fine, I will pay off this last contract which ends in August and I don't want anything to do with Cell C after this. Please do not contact me ever again as I will take serious steps against any sort of marketing efforts.

03 Jun 2021, 19:59Guess what! Your credit vetting team needs to get retrained I think!!! After speaking to a very helpful and friendly gentleman called Sydney Mbatha, he picked up what the other staff couldn't! My details were STILL not updated ! My information was still the same as it was back when I opened my first contract in 2015 with you guys!
So this credit vetting team isn't so great after all huh? Because who in their right mind will think a person still earns a 4500 salary after legit 6 years?????
Hats off to Mr Mbatha for picking this up! So when are you guys sorting this out?
