Cell C is experiencing outage with Fibre connection for more than an hour

Cell C is experiencing outage with Fibre connection for more than an hour.they are not notifying us as customers and the call center agencies don't know when the problem will be resolved.Its highly frustrating to have such an unreliable Fibre support service
