Cell C is ****, don' t bother

<p>Beginning of December 2016, i agreed to pay Cell C the R195 they did not debit take when I cancelled my contract because they thought I payed in advance,yet I made it clear that they must cancel the contract. I gave them a clear instruction not to Debit my account, i am going to pay it in their bank account. 8th December I deposited their money, and later sent the proof. 15th December I was Debited by Cell c and when I called the lady said they did not allocate the funds and have to send another email,which I did. Why ? i dont have any accounts with this **** company that has bad customer service sies! its so disgusting yerrr. Nontobeko says shes going to log a refund Okwesingaphi kengok? Please cell c give me back my money, ndizokohlukana nani maan sies!!!</p>
