Cell C is doing their damndest to lose a customer who has been loyal since 2005!

My wife and I have been with Cell C for over 15 yrs. Last week her number just stopped working in terms of receiving calls. If I call her, it just says her number doesn't exist. She receives other calls..but not mine. My number has not been blocked accidentally, it just doesn't work anymore. I tried calling Cell C...who were completely unhelpful. They wanted me to tell me wife to call them to see if they could figure the problem out...bearing in mind I just called them to say I can't call my wife!!! I suggested they call her to see if they have the same problem and then to call me back. Needless to say, neither my wife nd I heard from them. I then tried to evaluste their service after the call, and the rating service didn't work! ....no matter how many times I pushed 3 on the keypad, it just kept telling me to push 1 for good 2 for...etc
