Cell c is dissapointing

So dissapointed in cell c. I received a call from a guy from cell c to offer me a data simcard. I told the guy that im waiting to upgrade in order to get another simcard aswell. The guy told me he will put in a request to upgrade earlier and it takes 24hours and he will phone me back.. still today nobody phoned me. Today is thursday amd i had to phone to find out what going on???? I spoke to a lady who was very nice and friendly and told me i cant upgrade. If i didnt phone nobody would even told me. Ive been with cell c so many years and still i get bad service. I think i need to move to another provider.
