Cell C is dishonest with upgrades

Disgusting to say the least! Upgrade kept back so that special is not valid in the next month when upgrade was loaded. I upgraded 23 January 2026. Had a look at the brochure and decided ro take the deal. All was well but I havent received a copy of the contract which was upgraded. Nevertheless the upgrade was kept back until the 2 Feb 2026 and thus I hot thw same data package as my previous package and the special ended 31 Jan 2026 but upgrade was loaded only 2 Feb 2026. Why wasnt I given a copy of rhe upgraded contract of 20gigs per month. 10 night suefer and 10 day use but instead I git 10gigs 5 day anx 5 night surfer gigs. This will be my last upgrade wirh cell c and I will be contacting Incasa to bring this dishonesty under their atrention.
