Cell C is dishonest and refuse to provide me with a copy of an alleged contract which I dispute!

Cell C is claiming that I have a contract with them. After month's chasing and requests for them to provide me a copy of the contract, they have failed to do so, just no feedback! And then they have the also report me as a bad payer!
