Cell C is dishonest

yesterday i got a call form Cell C, a call recording was not played from the beginning where the consultant is selling a package including the router. The caller wanted to force me to agree that the router was not included though he did not play the recordings from the beginning. i am in a possession of a whatsapp message where the consultant who was selling the package indicated that Cell C management decided to not include the router and he was on leave by then. I am still waiting for delivery of my router. The caller from Cell C indicated that he will get back to me with a full recording still he did not phone back. I am so irritated by this kind of service from Cell C. TD Khoase
