Cell c is disgusting

Cell c is very pathetic. They called me offering me a modem I accepted it think I would be paying 129 for 2 gigs per month After 2 gigs was finished my modem never worked and till now is not working Yet they say it was a open line and that they explained to me They did explain to me but I said I don't want it unless it is only 129 for two gigs Now when I check my balance it is a thousand rands And the last from the call Centre says they going to take me too the court What **** is that What kind of cellular network does that to there customers I am not even working so where do I get the money to pay that... I'm any case why should I pay for something that I did not use They are ***** and ******** because alot if people hate cell c they are probably trying to get money and **** people I hate cell c I would never ever recommend it to anyone There service is pathetic and the people that work they are pathetic
