Cell C is disgusting

Cell C is the worst service provider. I have 4 contracts with them, trying to upgrade my number for the last 3 months then when I get into the store I get declined this after being call thrice this week for a new contract line. What disgusting service is this. My accounts are paid on time and then they sent me to attorneys for a lousy R170 which I paid immediately. I don't want their phones I want my own phone of my preference. If this is the case then I want them to cancel all my contracts with immediate effect.
