Cell C is Disgusting

Cell C must be the most unprofessional and Unorganized companies I have ever had to deal with. I currently have a default listing under my name at the credit bureau, the listing is for Cell C. Apparently I have a contract with Cell C. I was in disbelief when I found this out after being declined credit with 2 service providers.

What is interesting is that I fought with Cell C over this over 2 years ago and they admitted that an account was opened **********ly using my name and ID number. I have a letter from Cell C stating same. What frustrates me the most is that a year later they still opened another account with Cell C and Cell C accepted this ********** application.

When this was first reported to Cell C, Cell C promised to clear my name with the credit bureaus but now apparently this was never done.

Cell C is DISGUSTING indeed
