Cell C is disgraceful

Cell c contacted me to upgrade my phone, they in turn created a new contract with a new number and started debited my account for 2 contracts, the ********** contract they opened without my consent and my number that needed to be upgraded. I consulted a lawyer and they then sent Cell C many letters. This has been ongoing since September. You won’t believe they still debited my account today with R 8561 , for the ********** account opened. They have disregarded everything I have said over the phone to them for months and months and every time it will be escalated escalated escalated They cover up their mistakes and debit clients on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day . What a lovely holiday I had. Cell C , you are absolutely disgraceful .
