Cell C is deliberately not interested in helping me.
Someone open a **********ly contract using my details and i warned Cell C that this affect my ITC score and it did affect my score. I am in the process of buying a property but my score affected big time. So now i have to call Cell C or email Cell C about the ITC score. So my question about my ITC clearance, when is it going to happen because now i feel like i am the one begging you.. I received a clearance sent by Ms Narisha Gounden on the 13 May 2021, of which i sent her a follow up email and she did not bother responding to it. If i have to beg you Cell C to clear my ITC records, its ok i will. I am asking you to remove that as in yesterday.

03 Jul 2021, 11:35Dear Cell C, i have received an email from Collections department asking for their money and it clear that my ********** account is not closed and will continue to delay the removal of this account from the Credit Bureau. I think you must compensate me now, because its clear that you are here to frustrate me. The statement was sent on the 02nd July 2021. Dont forget that you sent a letter confirming my account as closed.
