Cell C is debiting my account for a *****ulent cellphone contract, I cannot even get hold of them to cancel this contract that I didnt open with them

Cell C is debiting my account for a *****ulent cellphone contract, I cannot even get hold of them to cancel this contract that I didnt open with them. The 084135 says you must punch in the number you want to enquire about, i dont even have a Cell C number, no card no phone hut they have just debited R1686 on my account. Its so unfair🥹
