Cell C is de-*****ing their customers....

<p>last year i took out a contract for R175pm at CellC Cradlestone mall, everything was ok until this year July cellc billed me R1700, i contacted customer service and spoke to a lady named Nompilo Mkhize, she checked my details and found out that i have 4 other contracts, 3 Iphone6 and a galaxy Note, I told her i dont know about these other phones I only have one phone,which meant someone used my name to purchase the phones, cellc only has my details but when signing a contract my signature is needed so i was de-*****ed, cellc kept billing me R3000 each month until i reversed and stopped the debits, now cellc claims im in arrears of R1700 and furthermore blocked my phone and said if ever another debit is stopped they will charge R70, and yet they still trying they're level best to debit my bank account even taking ajust R130 for fun.......the lady told me to send her an affidavid and a certified copy of my ID which I did but still nothing has been done..</p>
