Cell c is ****** and dishonest!

I have cancelled my contract which was already expired but they still charged me every month. They left me with no other option not to pay them because my contract have expired months ago and when you call to cancel you get put on hold for almost a hour with no help. They have called me several times asking for the outstanding amount but when I tell them I cancelled the contract, they want to challenge you. They always say they record all call but that specific call cant be traced. Cell C is the most dishonest network ever and I will never ever, ever be a client of them again. To put the cherry on the cake, they deducted R5000 from my account wuthout any authorisation from me, that is basically *****ing money from my account. I will lodge my complaint with the Ombudsman!
