Cell C is ****!!!!

I have a contract with cell c and they are making my life a living hell. I honestly regret taking a contract with them because they only looking out for themselves and do not care about their customers. Firstly for a big company like yours, why is it difficult to have a debit order on the first, second or third of the month? why does your debit order dates has to be on the 15th? secondly sometimes after making an arrangement with you guys, you still go and debit my account everyday., Then what is the point of making the arrangement? You guys need to understand that my bank charges me R151.00 for a failed debit order, so when you come in my account everyday for a week it cost me a lot of money for a person who has made an arrangement with you.
