cell c is *******ed

<p> </p> <p>On the 24 April 2017, I called the retentions department and I spoke to Nanikazi to cancel my cell C contract for the number 061 ********** (see Attached call recording) during the call Nanikazi offered me a data plan for R29 which she said that she will call me on the 15th of June to activate it, which she didn’t. in July 2017 I received an email with my statement showing that the contract was not cancelled, I then called in again and I spoke to Mlungisi and an investigation was made and Nanikazi admitted to her mistake on that month she said that there was a R120 which was owed to me but was going to be put into my contract since I still have contracts with cell c. it August now and the statement still comes with the services which were cancelled in April, so who is suppose to pay for Nanikazi mistakes?</p> <p> </p>
