Cell c is conning me

I want the world to know that cell c is a con company. Cell c is forcing me to pay for contracts which, they failed to cancel. With cell c you agree on one thing and they put down something else on your contract, something you haven't agreed on and charge you for that.

When my 24 month contract ended, I told them that I won't be renewing since I'm a pensioner and I didn't want to keep pressuring my children to pay for an expensive contract. I then reduced to a month to month contract which I was told you can cancell anytime

I took a R59 contract which proved to have very little data, I then cancelled it and asked to be upgraded to a R149 one which has data as well as airtime. I asked if I will be charged for canceling and I was told 'no'. At the the end of that month I was billed R220 instead of the agreed R149. I paid it because I thought it was just a mistake and they will rectify it, not knowing that the worst is yet to come. The following month I was billed for R450 which I refused to pay. After that I received a lot of harrasment from their collectors.

When I told them that I want to cancel everything with them, they told me that I can't do that because even the month to month is now under the 24 month rule so I have to pay R1700 to cancel.

They now want me to pay R705 for contracts I don't know as well as R1700 to come out of the whole thing.

I'm therefore pleading for your help with these vultures. I hate them for all the stress they have put me under. They even refused to give me my recordings, they keep on throwing me from pillar to post
