Cell c is completely useless on the 1st of February 2022 they debited the full amount from my account yet on the 29th if January r330 was paid directly into the cell c account

Cell c is completely useless on the 1st of February 2022 they debited the full amount from my account yet on the 29th if January r330 was paid directly into the cell c account. From the 1st of February I have trying to get my money back from them. Every consultant is telling me something different the 1st lady said she can see that a payment was made and I will be receiving my refund within 4 to 7 days . When I called back after the 10th they said I must send proof of payment through in order to get my refund. I then proceeded to send proof of payment to 2 consultants because the 1st consultant had sent me a wrong email address. Then after a couple days I was told to call for feedback and a lady then told me that there is no refund due to me cell had taken it for feed owed . Yet I owed cell c absolutely nothing . Since then I have been struggling to get my money. Cell c is the worst company to do business with . I would not recommend cell c to anyone. They are theifs who are refusing to give me back my money.
