Cell c is completely pathetic!!

Cell c is completely pathetic. The negligence and ineptitude of them is outstanding. I have had issues every single month from day one of my Contact. Issues that I have to follow up with as they have zero customer service. They make mistakes and CAN NOT own up to them. I have to repeatedly do their job for them to sort out their mistakes, even then they still do nothing. They still don't take the responsibility.The service is horrible, time frame to get back to me is horrible, I can go on and on. Don't know what else to say other than cell c is pathetic. Is there is a legal route I can take to cancel my contract WITHOUT paying in the outstanding amount? Because of their problems and issues.
