Cell C is commiting *****

Good day, My name is Tandolwetu Mdlankomo. I joined Cell C beginning of this year and then my first instalment was going to be in February, mid February I checked my statement and detected that there was a second contract added on my name without my knowledge, so I wrote a review to Hellopeter and in March I was contacted and advised that it was removed. Now I was checking April's statement saw that Cell C is charging R3 060.00 for cancellation for a contract that I did not open it was added by one of their consultants without me knowing. I am not happy @ all with Cell C and they keep on giving me reference numbers without fixing this issue. My ref number is *** and the second one is *** please help me I want this to be resolved. According to me this is ***** and it is a serious offence and I can report them and take them to court.
