cell c is charging me for the service they not providing me
I have a contract with cell c, I got ****** my cell c sim card was taken with now I am trying to do a sim swap and they keep on saying they cant authenticate me so they cant do the sim swap, yet they had told me I have passed the security check. I am told I cannot even cancel the contract, this means I must keep on paying for the service that I am not using
