Cell C is charging me falsely

I bought a Media Pad via Cell C direct, the consultant sold me a deal that had been cancelled i found out a week later after they had delivered only one of the products in the deal that i wasnt sold a bundle deal but just one product after false pretences, i complined and the consultant offered me a different contract separately i accepted, the Media pad which she had sold me took almost 2 weeks to reach me, upon its arrival i set up a limit of R50.00 becuase the media pad is an open line, the limit was not set so i ended up paying R839.00 for the month of February, from an initial R170.00 agreement, also just before i paid the R839.00 i asked them to set my limit at R50.00 and they claimed they did, not i just recieved my statement and im being billed R1502.00 for the month of March whats that?
