Cell C- is capable of taking the Jesus out of you - Ridiculous customer service and Stupid apologies 2 months still no phone no call no nothing cell c is not bending over backwards for anyone but themselves

Today is exactly 2 months 8 weeks since I logged my insurance claim for a lost phone. Till this day I don't have a working for and cell c has taken advantage of me. We try by all means to not throw the race card or change how we behave even when we have been given the raw end of the deal. Here I go . I do not think I would be sitting without a phone for 2 months. If i was rude,yelling, swearing and threatening ppl.I do not think I would be sitting without a phone if I was not a person of colour. Business's like cell c keep taking us backwards. You make us say things we do not even want to say. Why am I getting such treatment. I unfortunately cannot change my race or become rude that's not in my nature. You keep making mistakes and make it my problem. I get a call to fetch a phone only to find the same faulty phone,in the same torn plastic ,open box, phone even still has my prints . kanti yini engaka eniyifuna kimi Cell c. The only time I get a call is stupid apologies but still no phone.
