cell c is c grade

I've spent and hour on the line trying to cancel my device insurance. That department puts me through to customer care as they can not cancel it. Customer care puts me through to cancellations as they can not cancel the contract, then cancellations puts me through to insurance an then again to customer care and so on and so forth............ you get the picture. This is pathetic. For an hour......? and its still not resolved.
