Cell C is bully
I have 24 Months contract with Cell C,every month Cell C,doesn't debit on the agreed date.Due to its debit incosintence have one month payment. Then I called Cell C,customer care to make payment arrangement.The consultent told regardless of the payment arrangement,my line will still be suspended.In January 2019,I did call call to make payments arrangements and my line was still suspended. I'm sick and tired of this bully behavior of Cell C. Proper network service providers please raise your hands,cell is disappointing

Kindly be advised that although a payment arrangement has been made, as long as the account remains in arrears, the system automatically locks the account.

Mmm the automatic lock system,is a bully product of Cell C,designed with purpose of shutting down customers communication.
