Cell c is bull****
My phone was ****** on the 10th of January and have tried to blacklist my phone through my network provider that l have been using for 10 years but they are failing. I have wrote countless emails. Went to store 5 times and called customer care 50 times without any success. My insurance need an itc number to claim my insurance. All you do is to send me back and forth telling me different stories. I am disappointed after this l am changing to another network provider l can't deal with this

22 Feb 2023, 10:35I filled in the form not 1 check with your system they have it. I filled it and send went in store and also filled submitted the form l did everything under the earth that l could possibly do but without any help
