Cell C is billing accounts even after settled in full.
Why are you debiting an account I requested months ago to be removed from your system, I have settled the full amount that was outstanding just about three weeks ago also sent you proof of payment on both accounts, but is this greadiness that you keep on debiting an account I requested you remove from your system, and even after I already paid the full amounts on both accounts.
Why are you doing this? This is *****ing for real. For some reason just out of the below there is three failed debit orders that I must pay, again after I asked months ago to have my banking details removed and I was assured Telephonically that it has been done?

Why? You debited my account again on the 03/01/2021 and have the decency to send me a statement. When I spoke to one of your consultants on the 10/12/2021 he has explained to me where the previous amounts come from and also advised what I need to do before debit order date - I guess this was a Lie, but I need that recording dated 10/12/2021 12:52 call length was 11 Min 6 Sec. So I can take this up with the Credit Ombuds.
