Cell C is beyond USELESS!!!
For 3 months have been struggling with signal issues in my area. Every time, the customer care Centre.. What a joke.. Have suggested turning phone on and off, and a load of utter *******. Even suggesting that a brand new phone is broken, sim cards are faulty etc. Over 15 escalated issues.. No assistance!!!!! Even with alternative numbers given.. No feedback. Currently an Entire town is without cellc service for 3 days. Technical service still suggest a new sim swap.. And Nothing else. Emails are NEVER responded to either. The most *********** Company I have EVER Encountered. Badly trained service staff. Management that are useless!!! Service, manners and courtesy are a joke.

AGAIN DO THEIR Work.. ***, was one, *** was another... *** was another.(to list..BUT A Few) An email was sent through today, with yet Another automated response. But how can the company communicate with anyone when there is no signal??? They do not even phone on alternative numbers given. Words like 'sorry' and 'inconvenience' are USELESS when this has been going on for as long as it has. And still.. Areas of MPUMULANGA HAVE ZERO SIGNAL AND TECHNICAL DIVISION REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE. So am afraid cellc 'platitudes' do not impress!!!!! Time is money. 3 days no signal costs people who need to earn. All YOU CAN SAY IS SORRY. A JOKE!!

Latest complaints..regarding an ENTIRE TOWN WITHOUT CELLC!! The area is WATERVAL BOVEN MPUMULANGA and the problem extends over 70ks to NGODWANA, MPUMULANGA. 135 customer service, keeps telling me to 'try airplane mode' and retest!!!!!! What part are you not understanding???? It is an ENTIRE TOWN/AREA IT IS 5 Days!!! Do you actually believe that this is acceptable????? How are the people supposed to complain if they have no signal?????
