Cell C is beyond pathetic

Cell C is the most useless company I have ever dealt with. I have been 5 times to Cell C branches and still my Wifi is NOT working. Went to Cell C Cresta on Saturday,Sunday and Today it supposedly works in the shop and I get home and I cannot conn. Unfortunately the Rosebank branch just assumed that I didn't have data so "kindly" added R 500 data which is not yhe problem!!!! As per Vell C staff the customer has no right to be extremely irritated if I just cannot get this issue resolved and they won't refund me for the R 500 data I can't use I have phoned the customer care technical department how many times, well over 20 and I still can't use wifi. If that Rosebank Cell C branch had not added the R 500 data I would gladly go to Vodacom. Cell C is beyond pathetic and their consultants ate only able to sell you their products but cannot help with aueries and simply don't care. Tjis is the service you get for being a loyal customer.
