Cell C is beyond pathetic

My data SIM got damaged during loadshedding , for the 3rd time. I did a simswap yesterday after 14:00 and was told that I had to wait between 2 - 24 hours to be activated. It usually only took about 3 hours. This morning I called to find out if the SIM was activated , just to hear that it wasn't activated , so I activated it again this morning. I just called again to find out what's going on , and was told again that I must wait 24 hours. In other words I must wait almost 40 hours for the SIM to be activated. All my stuff is standing still because of Cell C's incompetence. I also want to know why only my data SIM is damaged , no other sim. This is really pathetic. Cell C must wake up and sort out their problems.
