CELL C is BAD news

BEWARE!!! Cell C theft!!! Their agents are well trained to fool the clients!! Do NOT enter into ANY Cell C contract online. Agents will sell you faulty devices or devices with no coverage just to get commission.!!! I am struggling for 3 months to get a faulty LTE router replaced. In the meantime they bill me for the data bundle of 25GIG that expires after 30 days. One illiterate agent “escelated” the matter by adding another 15GIG onto my account that I never asked for. The debit order just got changed! I went to my bank to cancel the debit order but then CellC continously runs tracked debit orders to get money from my account. This is THEFT in sofisticated way! Well done Cell C apparantly you lack the intelligence or will to solve the problem, but clever enough to fool your clients. One just need to see all the bad reviews to realize the company is *******!!
