Cell C is bad network company to a have a contract phone ,if you are a client run while you still can

they don't deserve a rating , i have been with cell for more than 10 years little did i know its a *******, they debited my account on the 25 earlier but there was no money in my account , the same later day i called to find out what's my balance so that i can make an eft payment and proof of payment was send to them the same day to my surprise for the month of August the have charged me penalties fees i called to find out why and they said coz my debit order bounced, i asked to change my debit order to me paying them every month and they refused, so in a nutshell they want me to penalty fees all the time because their not lisning to me as their client , as i explained i dont have a salary date anymore , i want to eft and yet they refused. So fellow SA people be careful Cell is expensive and unreasonable when it comes to customer service .Imagine ripping me off 70 rands every month because i no longer have a salary date ;REf nun: 20***1 i was not happy with agent that handled my query and instantly i decided to look for a better competitor that will listen to as a paying customer .
