CELL C IS BAD IN GIVING PAID UP LETTERS

CELL C is and has the worst customer queries. 2 weeks ago I found out on my credit report that I am arrears with CELL C which not the case. Infact after following up, I found out that they owe me money. Immediately I requested a paid up letters on all 4 contracts. I received 2 case numbers and 2 weeks later, still no paid up letter. I was told 48hr turnaround time for this case to be resolves. YAH! RIGHT! NOTHING HAPPENED! I am so glad I took my 4 contracts away from CELL C, the moment I paid up my accounts. PLEASE CELL DO NOT HOLD ME HOSTAGE!!!!
