Cell C is Bad in customer service the worst and urgly

<p>I wanted the get this Huawei E5330 MiFi Router - From Cell C R199pm Deal Code: *** | Offer Ends: 19 June 2016 so the deal was being offered by http://www.phonefinder.co.za. I got contacted by the Cell C agent her name Tebogo Klaas and her email address is ***. She sent me the Docs which she needed me to re-send her ( Passport Copy; Permit Copy; Three Months Bank Statements; Latest Payslip) and I did send. Then later on she requsted me provide her with my contact number and I did sent her an email with my contact number. So since last week Tuesday 24th of May 2016, She never contacted me back or even called me and I sent her a follow up email to find out the reason behind this till now nothing from Cell C. </p> <p>I logged a complaint on http://www.phonefinder.co.za and also no reply from them!</p> <p>What kind of customer service are two compainies offerering !!!?</p> <p>Very very urgly service, they create great deals and they cannot even offer the best service to customers.</p> <p>I am very dissapointed with Cell C agent Tebogo Klaas because from what I have experienced doesnt read her emails or even follow up. I am going to take this further to the Marketing Managing Director of Cell C. My numeber is ***</p>
