Cell C is bad

My Sim card got blocked for something I don't know of I texted them explaining the matter at Facebook they told me to send email to their *****ulent department which I did is 3weeks now they don't reply neither unlock my Sim card and I been their client for more than 10years their service is bad very bad and I use my numbers for so many things what about the job applications I did using the number I will miss interviews cause of their service
