Cell C is ******* and so are their employees!
Do not open a contract at cell C they are ******* and trying to take money from you even after your contract has finished.
I took out a 2 year contract in December 2022. I paid faithfully. The contract was suppose to end December 2024. I was told to call and say that I want to close my contract and I did so.
When I phoned they said the last payment will be in March 2025 a R285 then my contract would be closed. Now April 2025 I see they are trying to take money again and receive an email saying that I still need to pay R215.
This is ridiculous and I would like any advise as to what I can do to stop this. They are clearly being dishonest and it's not the first time as well.
DO NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH CELL C!
