Cell C is an Unsympathetic, Greedy Company

CellC is absolutely pathetic. I let them know almost 2 weeks before my debit order that due to lockdown my company had implemented the "no work, no pay" system.

I received an email saying my documents had been received for processing two days later, then nothing up until today where I received my monthly statement, saying because I did not pay I now need to pay double with the extra R70 debit order bounce fine.

CellC doesn't care about the clients they just want to see if they can milk us for whatever they can.

So tell me CellC what do I do now, I have no income and no means to pay you.
