Cell c is an absolute disgust

We have been asking for months for invoices and itemized billing but to no avail. Have about 5 lines with them none was renewed but only 1 out of the 5. Tried canceling 5th line nothing happens. Being charged for a cellphone we never received went to police station to make a case no one comes back. EVENTUALLY stopped paying as I don't get answers now they tell me I Owe R9000 but don't send any proof of R9000 bills.. lines are data top up that cost R9000 for 4 months. How pathetic one line cost like R160 so how does that calculate to so much. Below in reference number is some of my cell lines I have with you
