Cell C is absolutely useless!!! DO NOT TAKE OUT CONTRACTS WITH THEM
Ive had a cell c contract for almost 2 years now. Paying almost 800 a month. Every month my mobile data is always finished whe i need it. I hardly use it as im at home and use my wifi. But when i leave the house my data is depleted. Then i load at my own expensive ofcourse and it doesn't load. Ive called in at first a few times and they said its sorted. Sorted my #**!!!! Its still happening!!! Now the phone felll and i took it to a cell c store and was advised id have to pay big bucks to get ot repaired. So a contract only means ur locked into your instalment nd works one way only!!! I want out of this contract!!!! Im done being ****** by cell c!!!

For any device to be repaired a quote will be provided if the damage is not covered by a warranty unfortunately , the user needs to pay the quote if they don't have insurance on the device.
