Cell C is absolutely useless

The only reason there is a star rating is because a 0 rating isn't available. Can I please ask how a company refuses to give reference numbers for their calls? I've spoken to 3 different agents and once you ask for a reference you are put on hold waiting for a manager till you hang up. ICASA needs a reference for them to investigate your case, after necessary protocols have been observed. How are clients to blame for a company's lack of proper skills on their employees behalf. Cell C is currently failing to run a debit order, and this has further consequences than just their inefficiency with regards to inconvenience and credit score rating. After choosing to ignore that and run an eft, the useless fools on top of that are failing to keep my line active saying it's not paid for. And just for further proof of inefficiency, the relevant email provided for sending PoP don't work. How is a provider this useless allowed to continue operations.
