Cell C is absolutely pathetic!!!!

Pathetic service from Cell C. I've been trying to cancel my contract for over 2 weeks and have not received any feedback from them as yet. I've logged a cancellation request online.... no luck. Tried calling into their callcentre to cancel and after 6 attempts of being transferred to the "Cancellations" department and the call cutting each time still no luck. Even sent an email to ********** and guess what??? Still nothing. They are absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service. My last attempt at speaking to someone in the "Customer Care" department who promised to log a cancellation request told me that the Cancellations team is out of the office (for over 2 weeks???????). Has anyone ever tried calling the Cell C numbers to see for themselves exactly how terrible the service is? If it's not engaged then the call just drops.
