Cell C is above Hello Peter complaints

This entire grievance against Cell started in November 2014 when I realised that my phones were not insured. By their own admission it was due their own negligence that I dont have insurance of any of my 3 phones. It has been an endless and seemingly worthless struggle with a consultant with a bad attitude who in the end didn't even bother to come back to me. Now I am in a situation where my one cell phone has been ****** and what am I going to do ? According to me Cell C is liable for this ?? My last communication to them was just that - and I received no response back. (Check email of 14 Novem 2014) <br> <br> Am I even going to get a response ??? <br> <br>
