Cell C is a waste of time

I'm tired calling and confirming cell c security questions over and over again , I lost my phone and all I want is to blacklist the phone and block the number . but every single day I call I have to speak to a rude agent ( phelokazi khalala from kzn she advise me that there is no team leaders available . I visited sandton store yesterday and I filled up the blacklist form , I was so angry I wasted 2 hours of my time in store just because of stupid question that I can't recall . what you want me to do to get assistance. I'm thinking to switch to other network as well. I deserve better .
