Cell c is a waste of time

<p>I have never experienced such poor service. I have requested for a swim swap yesterday and up until today I havent received any assistance. I have called the customer care more than 5 times and today and nobody is willing to assist, I am being prmised a call but nobosy is calling me, I am a business woman and I have lost a lot of money today due to customers not being able to get hold of me. Cell C network is useless and not helpful. </p>
