Cell c is a *****

<p>My name is Ntshiuoa Thelma Pula</p> <p>My story is with cell c. I spoke to cell c several time telling them to stop debiting my bank account but till this day they haven't stopped. </p> <p> </p> <p>This all started when I spoke to a consultant on the phone last year august and I agreed to a contract with them, but when I received the tablet I realised I was miss informed on what I will be getting with the phone(they said a free keypad with the tablet) but the keypad was not in the box when I opened the phone. I called cell c but instead of the giving me the keypad they sent me a new phone on a new xontract I did not open and they started billing me for two phone. Immediately after receiving the second phone I called and told them I don't want the phones anymore so after months of reversing their debit order they then sent a courier to come pick up the phones. </p> <p>A month later they called and told me that they have finalised my case and will pay back the money debited from my account which they did but it was for one phone. They said yhe other phone was still in review that was in February but till today they haven't called but they debit my account I reverse this every month since and when I call no one gives me the right answers. If you can help I will highly appreciate because this is begining to be an unnecessary expense for</p> <p>me on a monthly basis. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you in advance</p>
