CELL C IS A TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER
My husband passed away in July 2020..I have sent all the relevant documentation to them but until today 12.04.2021 they have still not resolved this issue..They have continued debiting his banking account..I have blocked the account now because my LOE has arrived but now they have threatened me with legal action because his account has not been paid for 2 months..I have been in contact with them since his death but to no avail..I am now at my wits end because I'm just being passed from pillar to post
