Cell C is a Shameful ****

It is 2023 and I am still harassed for a debt owing that was settled in June 2021, and for a contract I cancelled in 2021. I cancelled the contract in June 2021, and in October 2021, Cell C was deducting money from my account for a service I no longer used or required. I sent them emails to desist from taking money from my bank account, and I reversed the payments because the debt order was unauthorised. Cell C first referred my account to Shapiro Shaiks Defiries and Associates - I paid the amount of R600 in June 2021 because I did not want to mess up my credit record. In November 2022 they appointed Credit Solutions Services and Thulisiwe Mhlambi from "brooksluyt.co.za" is corresponding with me and claiming that the accounts are different. This is unacceptable Cell C keeps appointing different debt collectors to collect on the same debt and they claim that the account numbers are not the same. I only had one account with them for a data for R99. They escalated the prices and I cancelled.

The most disgusting part is that I can only get a response from Cell C if I write on this platform. Oh in December after providing my disgruntlement with their shocking allegations and referring my account to CSS a consultant called me, and she indicated that they would look for records of my cancellation and she came back after about an hour and a half that such records do not exist. I have emails to proof this. After arguing with her, she indicated that she send me an email so that I could provide the proof of payment and I am still waiting for the email to respond to.

I want my name to be cleared and for them to leave me alone.
