Cell C is a shambles

Cell C Fibre, what a shambles. Thank goodness you don't manage the actual infrastructure.

Cell C, you have swapped over your billing system and you cannot synchronise the information, you cannot migrate the information and then send me notifications about failed debit orders.

Calling your team they are even less helpful especially when I am now told I need to manage this process through the self-service terminal. Would have been nice to get proper instructions at the start or through this process.

How useless can one company be at providing the service I pay you for monthly - this is not the first time.
